Inject with Confidence.

Grow with Intention.

Warm, thoughtful education and support for aesthetic injectors who value safety, anatomy, and sound clinical judgment.

Welcome to The Wess Injector Collective

The WESS Injector Collective exists to support injectors who want to do this work thoughtfully — not quickly.

This is a space rooted in safety, anatomy, and clinical decision-making, designed to help you build confidence through understanding rather than shortcuts.

Here, growth is intentional. There is no pressure to perform, no chasing trends, and no expectations to keep up — just support, clarity, and tools that evolve with you.

Within the Collective, you’ll find a free foundational community, carefully designed educational resources, and optional private mentorship — each created to support you at different stages of your injector journey.

Blending Medical Expertise with an Artistic Eye — and a Heart for Mentorship

I’m Kim Wessendorf, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of healthcare experience and a deep passion for helping injectors grow with clarity, confidence, and community.

My journey in medicine began in 2007. Those early years shaped everything that came after — they taught me compassion, precision, how to truly care for people, and what it means to be part of a patient’s story.

As I continued my education and advanced into nursing and eventually my NP role, I expanded into ICU and orthopedic surgery. These environments trained me to think critically, prioritize safety, and manage complex, high-pressure situations — skills that now shape every aesthetic treatment and mentorship session I lead. In 2021, I transitioned fully into injectables, and everything clicked. My medical foundation met my lifelong love of art — drawing, painting, studying form, and understanding balance. Aesthetics became the perfect blend of everything I loved: artistry, anatomy, human connection, and transformation.

How Aesthetics Became My Calling

I’ve always been someone who listens deeply. Clients often tell me they feel seen, heard, and understood in my chair, and to me, that is the heart of aesthetics.

Natural results, thoughtful treatment planning, and elevating beauty in a soft, refined, elegant way have become my signature.

But as I grew in the aesthetic industry, I noticed something important:

Injectors don’t struggle because they lack education — they struggle because they lack support.

After initial training, many injectors feel overwhelmed, unsure, and alone. And I remember feeling that way too, until I found a mentor who supported me and those feelings began to ease.

Why I Created The WESS Injector Collective

I created this collective because, throughout my own journey in aesthetics, I saw how powerful it is when injectors have access to steady guidance, real community, and a safe place to grow. I’ve been fortunate to experience that support in my current role, and it made me realize how many injectors don’t have that same access.

Education is lifelong is aesthetics — but early in your journey, what matters most is having someone walk beside you as you apply it.

This is what changed everything for me.

The WESS Injector Collective was designed to be that ongoing support system — a warm, boutique community where injectors can learn, grow, and build confidence without fear or judgement.

Here, you can:

✔️ Build clarity around safety and anatomy

✔️ Develop your artistic eye

✔️ Feel connected to a community that genuinely cares

✔️Build confidence through thoughtful education and shared experience

✔️ Grow into the injector you know you can be

My mission is simple: to guide aspiring and early-career injectors with mentorship that is clinically grounded, empowering, and deeply human.

I believe in collaboration over competition.

I believe in raising the standard of our industry.

And above all, I believe that when injectors feel supported, connected, and empowered, they create safer, more beautiful outcomes for their patients — and more fulfilling careers for themselves.

A Little More About Me

Outside of injecting and mentoring, I’m a mom of three energetic kids who keep me grounded and inspired. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish. I love art, design, and creating beautiful spaces — whether it’s a brand, a painting, or a community.

I’m also an entrepreneur at heart. The WESS Injector Collective is just the beginning of a larger vision to expand education, elevate injector support, and create warm, refined spaces where injectors feel truly cared for.

Whether you’re preparing for your first training, navigating your early years as an injector, or craving a mentor who sees you fully — I’m here to walk beside you.
